The Hollensheads will make Soledad available for fund raising events that involve non-profit organizations. They encourage events that support public radio, public television, free speech and the Constitution of the United States.  Auctioneers are on staff.  The Mansion is designed and situated to facilitate art and sculpture exhibitions and auction.  The Hollensheads reserve the right to approve or deny specific proposals. An event plan must be presented three months in advance that includes the organization's background and their specific goals.  It is our pleasure to share our gardens with groups that have altruistic or noble underpinnings and facilitate the needs of worthy causes.  Please do not submit proposals that are for profit.  Events that will be considered include; political debate, discussions of recent history, anthropology, social issues, art and architecture.  The atmosphere at Soledad lends itself to generate fresh and original ideas.
